Welcome to the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Business Crime Reduction Partnership – ‘Against Business Crime’.
About
Us
We are a trio of Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) joining together with our delivery partner and a community of like-minded businesses in association with the Police and our local authority to improve trading and community safety.
Working together to improve trading and community safety
Poole Business Improvement District (BID) Bournemouth Town Centre BID and Bournemouth Coastal BID, along with our delivery partner UK Partners Against Crime (UKPAC), have come together within a partnership-based action group to create this BCP conurbation wide ‘Against Business Crime’ Business Crime Reduction Partnership (BCRP).
In collaboration with the Dorset Police Crime Commissioner, Dorset Police and BCP Council, our objective is to tackle and reduce crime and disorder affecting our businesses and the wider community via a cloud-based app called SentrySIS.
Our Mission
Through the use of the SentrySIS app, and working with our delivery partner UK Partners Against Crime (UKPAC) we are dedicated to:
Reducing
Crime
Collaborating with local businesses and law enforcement to identify and address crime hotspots, sharing intelligence, and implementing effective crime prevention strategies.
Enhancing Communication
Fostering open lines of communication between businesses, Dorset police, and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and effective response to safety and security concerns.
Empowering Businesses
Providing resources, training, and support to empower businesses to take proactive measures in safeguarding their premises, employees, and customers.
